Hello ladies!
I decided to include Vit C into my skin care routine.I am very excited about the results that Vit C serum usually produces!!!
Anyway, what would you recomend for dry skin?
And should I use a moisturizer after I am done applying Vit C?
Hope you can help!

Definitely, you should. Sometimes I use a C serum, and spf 15 over for day. I only use the Vitamin C serum once a day, since the effects stay with you for 24 hrs anyway. |

Hi, I have dry skin and have been using SkinMedica Vitamin C for about 4 months and love it! It also has vitamin e in it. And silicones which some ladies are sensitive to but I am not. I love the texture (kind of like Olay Regenerist serum, leaves a smooth finish), a little goes a long way, I also use it under my eyes (sometimes eyelids too!) without any problems at all. My skin feels firmer since adding the vitamin c to my routine and brighter! |

THX GIRLS!
Does anyone know what the difference is among those:
Vit C
Vit C + E
Vit C + Kinetin?

I like Vivier because it doesn't feel as drying as Cellex-C or Skinceuticals. There is also CellularSkinRx which feels kinda oily (but not, it's got a lot more "slip") that could also be a good choice for dry skin. My next purchase will be Vivier with Kinetin but I'd also like to get the SC vit C+E one since that sounds like it might have a similar texture to Vivier and I like what vit E has to offer
The difference between the serums you are asking about is just that they have added ingredients. First one is just pure vit C, the next is vit C with vit E added (even better antioxidant and skin healer) and the last is vit C with Kinetin. They might have slightly different concentrations of C but I think they're pretty close anyway. |
