Lots of us on this forum have some really unusual and interesting names. How about we learn a bit more about each other and share our reasonings behind the mask.

I have to cats, Cindi and Mishka. Cindi is a rather large girl, at 14 years old she 18 lbs. But adorable and shes my shadow. I was tempted to call myself Mrs Depp, but then that would be too easy, and maybe the real Mrs Depp might sue me Very Happy

Anyone got a tale behind their name???

Cindi - I have cats, too! I LOVE my cats! I have an ancient, one-eyed stray named Otto and a wacky manx named Scoopy....Pudoodles is my husband's nickname for me - no history to it - just a random "blurting out" of cutesy-ness on his part!

Yay for Mr Pudoodles, he sounds like a fine catch. And big thumbs up for the cats. I wont talk about them cause Im obsessed and will get kicked off the forum. If anyone ever wonders why I make lots of typing errors, its cause Im squashed on the arm chair every night with 18 lbs of flesh stopping the bloodflow in my legs. I have a laptop balancing delicately in the arm of the chair and its agony typing leaning over. I've got a right shoulder like a hod carrier Laughing but I never turn one of my cats away for cuddles.

My cat and dog both like to come sit on me when i have the laptop on my lap. They put their little paws on it and so i quickly have to pick them up,give them a hug using the arm that isn't typing whilst keeping them off of it and then put them on the seat next to me.It is cute though. Very Happy

my name is half of my first name and my middle name combined.

My pets aren't allowed in the computer room. chinchillas and computer wires don't mix well. I've had the occassion where they plop off onto the keyboard and I'll get ppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp for about 10 lines.

I was curious about the names too. I chose freefall2 because my husband and I are skydivers, we're 2 of a 4-way team. We used to compete in the Florida Skydiving League. There's no place to jump down here so we've been getting our adrenaline fixes riding dirt bikes in the jungle. Fun! That's me in the white helmet.

yes christine I have 4, 3 boys and 1 girl.

The girl can't go with any of the boys because I don't want her getting pregnant again and none of my boys get along so I've got 4 freakin cages in my bedroom.

Thanks, our little girl is very photogenic. I'm so grateful that our boss let us have a pet on the boat.

My username is similar to the reasoning behind Pudoodles. My boyfriend wanted to give me a nickname but I refused to be known as 'Snookums', 'Babe', 'Pumpkin' or anything like that so I decided upon Toe. It stands for 'Term Of Endearment'.

My husband started to call me "moosette" because I can act alot like my brother "moose" when I'm misbehavin'! When we get together, we can down alot of beers and act kinda crazy! My mother says that she found us in the cabbage patch!
Now that I'm married and getting older, I'm slowing down and can't really keep up to him, sometimes I try then I'm sick for 2 days Sad !

I found my name while reading an Anatole France book titled, At The Sign of the Queen Pedauque" where it was mentioned that this entity looks over the web footed creatures & since I'm constantly thinking about my ducks, I grabbed it immediately as my nickname.
After reading more about her, I found other elements in the folklore that I don't really identify with but I still love my initial vision of a kind of patron saint of ducks. Smile
