Hi all. I hoping for some opinions on which products I should take with me on vacation. We will be driving and moving around quite a bit so what I bring will be sitting in the hot car while we are out and about. I have skin biology products which I think will be ok. Skin signals cream, protect and restore day cream and lotions and SAS sunscreen, also some 50 ss for long exposure days. I have SAS LMC, antiaging cream and Bekindrewind cream, NCN DNA cream and her cp accelerator or LAA that I could just add water to and use on the spot. I normally use retin-a several times a week but will probably leave that behind because of increased sun exposure. Any way I'm trying to figure out the best plan. Any ideas? |

Will you have access to a refrigerator when you are not in the car? If so you might purchase a mini cool bag and store your cold products in that. Physical sunscreen agents are heat stable but many chemical ones are not. |

We will have a small cooler in the car and some nights may have a fridge in our hotel but I'd really like to avoid the issue if possible. The 50 SPF sunscreen I have is zinc oxide, octinoate and oxbenzone(if my old eyes are reading this small print correctly) |

I'd switch to a zinc oxide and titanium dioxide sunscreen. Other than that you might research which products contain the most stable emulsifiers because you don't want any of the creams splitting. And maybe avoid oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids which tend to be less heat stable than saturates and monounsaturates. |

Thanks Firefox. I'll look for another 50 plus sunscreen. I have used Devita but tan too easily with a 30spf. |

The Devita Rx Ultrasolar 50 is higher SPF than the oft recommended Body Block. Not the cheapest tho. |
