Hello
With the use of Dermatologica microfoliant does anyone exfoliate with other products as well or is DM enough?
How does the DM work for dry skin?

Hi Aga, Ive only used it once but I found it to be great. I dont have dry skin though so I dont know how it would affect you. Maybe limit use to twice a week. |

Hi Cindi!
I have the JB exfoliant, but was wondering if DM is pretty much the same but more gentle

I havent used the JB one, the DM is a powder that you mix with water. I dont think its harsh, Ive used Clinique exfoliators before and they are alot harsher. I'll be buying the Dermalogica on my next order. |

I just recently started using the Microfoliant (daily) at the same time I was using MD Forte Cleanser & Yonka Creme 15 (with Juvenile), and my face is really dry & raw at the moment. I think it's just from using a combination of all the products at once, but I really like the microfoliant, so I am going to alternate between that & the md forte from now on. I would suggest not using it on the same days you are using other products that are meant for exfoliation. |

I only use the Microfoliant, not with other products. I didn't find it too harsh for my skin, it's very gentle. You just need a little each time. BTW my skin in combo-oily. So i'm not sure if it'll be the same as dry skin. |

I still use their Gentle Cream Exfoliant once or twice a week as well because it personally gives me a really visible result, glowing and smoothness...whereas I sort of consider the Daily Microfoliant to be more a "buffing" maintenance product!
My skin is pretty oily though so if you are drier the DM might be enough on it's own. |

Aga - I generally find that the Dermalogica Microfoliant is enough for me when I use it daily. I don't have dry skin though so I can't answer your second question. The Microfoliant has always been fine with daily use on my combo or normal skin. |
