Can we please get a note of some sort on the forum asking people not to post customer service questions?
I don't understand why people wouldn't email the company directly, they're the only ones who will be able to help!! |

I will update the guidelines today to include this in there. I think we also need to place the guidelines in a more prominent place....
Realistically though there will always be some people who will post without reading the guidelines anyway |

haha that's true, they thought this forum is for asking whether their shipment has arrived or not..
I think their should ask their post office instead haha. |
