Have you ever wondered what vitamins (particularly hair, skin and nail vitamins) do celebrities take?
I imagine that they take vitamins from specialty brands. |

I've read somewhere a couple of years ago that Megan Fox used to take Apple Cider Vinegar, not sure what brand though. |

I used to take liquid apple cider vinegar as it is good for the liver. My liver was struggling a bit... to many parties |

Moon, what makes you think that your liver is struggling? |

^I think she was implying it was struggling due to too much fire water. |

By fire water, do you mean the lemon water drinks to which someone referred in another thread? |

I'm referring to any hair, skin, and nails vitamin. There are tons of them. |

I've taken his and while I think he makes fantastic products, I didn't see any difference. Now in all fairness, my nails and hair grow like weeds anyway, so not sure what diff I would see.
His are good IMO, because there are no fillers ect. |

My chiropractor pointed it out after using kinesiology on me. She was the person who recommended the apple cider vinegar. Also my nutritional therapist picked up on it so advised to start taking HEP 194 which is a nutritional supplement aimed at supporting the liver. |

Tiny, how long did you take them, and how many did you take per day? |

2 per day for years. I really didn't see any wow factor, but as I said, I was a bad candidate for that, I didn't need hair nor nails to grow any faster than they did. So if they did something I am clueless. I've taken his vit off and on for well over ten years, I get on diff ones, then stop, then get back on. I am terrible with vit's. I can say I've never had stomach upset at all with his vit, which is why I stayed on his. |
