Hi guys!
I'm 17, and about two/three months ago, I got a rash above my mouth by my nose. I went to my GP and was given a steroid cream. I used it for a week but it didn't seem to help. During the week, I noticed other little patches were starting to form on my chin and on the other side of my nose. I left it for a while, and now I have two big patches on either side of my chin, a patch on the right side of my nose and on the left side.
I went to see a family friend, who gave me a coconut oil cream (all natural, made it when I was there) and it doesn't help that much.
For the past two days I've been drinking a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar three times a day with orange juice, and applying straight ACV to the rash in the morning and evening. I think it's improving it.
So, what else can I do to try and get rid of it? My skin used to be flawless, and now it's summer and everyone wants to go to the beach, have pool parties etc, and I can't because of the rash I try to wear makeup as little as possible, but I'm a waitress and I can't not wear makeup where I work, especially as I'm dating a waiter there :/
Thank you! |

Have you tried changing your toothpaste to a sulfate free type? Tooth paste is a common cause of this so its worth a try.
I would also see a derm if you can, I think you will have better luck then a GP for this issue. |
