Hi
Anyone know where the posts about international shipping have gone? I had an email saying someone had replied but now the post has been deleted and there's no posts at all on shipping.
I've emailed EDS as my items usually arrive within a week, but no reply from them yet (probably busy). I'm still waiting for 2 packages from 25th of Jan and 1 from the 1st of Feb. Anyone heard of postal problems in Canada?

i think they got moved to the lounge.
EDS does not want customer inquiry posts on the forum, they want to be contacted directly |

The post wasn't deleted - it was moved as it did not belong in this part of the forum. It doesn't really belong in Lounge either though - you need to contact EDS directly if you have questions about an order you have made. That's the most effective way as these forums are for the discussion of skincare rather than order enquiries and with how busy the forum has been lately your post may actually not be seen by the people who deal with your order. |

Tried to read the comments Magda, but can't remember my password.
I have now received my packages, thank you EDS. If anyone else is still waiting maybe your items were on back order like mine, which would explain the short delay.
