Hello, I would love to know what everyone's anti-wrinkle regime/beauty products are! I look in the mirror everyday and notice changes. Of course I want to age gracefully, but I am still young at heart. I am sure many of you feel this way. Lets compare tips, products, really anything. Who is with me?! WRINKLES BE GONE, we can fight them together! |

What worked the best for me was a DIY cef serum. There are still a few lines underneath my eyes, but my crow's feet and forehead are smoothed out. *hurray!*
It didn't completely fix the dry lines on my hands, but it worked better than everything else I have ever tried there too.
Using tanaka message with my ocm blend seems to be doing some good, but I honestly can't tell if that's my imagination. I don't know if it's intended for long term benefit. |

I must admit that even though I would like to find my HG products part of the fun (not for my wallet of course) is the journey and search for them.
For now I'm loving the proven basics for anti ageing : retinoids, Vit & AHA/BHAs. Everything else is always up for change and experimentation....maybe that's the key..dunno
Oh yeah I also love my clarisonic and PMD...but not sure how antiaging they really are...Im at the age now where I want to start trying out some gadgets...LOL so the journey continues..... |

Do any of you happen to use any anti-aging treatments that are all natural? I much prefer these, I find that they are much more gentle on my aging dry skin! |

I'm ok with that if she did not want to say. Sorry for my question Fooboo. Back to the basics..... what type of skin do you have? oily, dry, or combination skin? I have combination skin (esp. on my T-Zone area of the face) so I will always opt for creams that are not too oily for my skin. I prefer matte coverage in any skin care incl. foundation/eye creams and all that... But I find (in my opinion) that people with oily skin has less wrinkles... I don't know if this is true with some other people.... Healthy lifestyle is also another area that people sometimes forget to do. Even expensive creams will not do the best for your skin if you don't take care from the inside.... Smoking is a big-NO-NO. It has proven time and time again that it promotes wrinkles around the mouth area (those lines around the mouth area are huge; Those don't look good at all, no matter what). Smoking dehydrates the body of the nutrients, bad for our lungs too. Well, too much exposure to the sun is also another factor, very bad for the skin. I suggest an SPF 30 sunscreen is always the norm to protect the skin.... I can go on and on, but right now, these are some what I can think of, esp. early this morning when I did not have a light coffee.... |
