Friends sent me some products from MODE last year and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. With it's low price point, I had my doubts about the quality. Turns out, though, that there's lots to like about MODE.
Although not paraben-free, the greater majority of their ingredients are mostly natural with some certified organic/some certified kosher. Surprisingly, almost everything in this "designed, created & made in the USA" line sits around the $3.00–$4.50 mark with one or two products (notably the MMU) priced at $8.00. Another positive is that their packaging is recyclable and sensible without being wasteful (or ugly!  ).
Their growing line includes a mineral foundation (made from titanium dioxide, iron oxides and cocoa) a blush/highlighter, various lip and eye products as well as nail products in over 90 colours.
Mode's mantra? "We put the glamour in green.™"

| Thanks Havana. I went and peeked at the lip stains. Some pretty colors but unfortunately they have waxes. The other ingredients looked good. Those prices are amazing. |
