Hello
What oils do you use on your body on a regular basis, that you can not do without (as part of your beauty treatment), and why you are using such oils.
Please share.
Thanks ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Jade,
I'm a huge fan of body oils, and I used to switch from one to another until I found Osea's Undaria Algae oil. It's scented so lightly, it's aphrodisiacal. I love putting a few drops in my bath at night--the oil clings to my body and moisturizes my skin without me rubbing it all over. And during the day I use it after the shower. It is incredibly moisturizing, but not too greasy. I also us it for massage, manicures, and best of all, it does wonders for the skin on the face, too. I find myself using it every day, several times a day, whereas before I had a specific bath oil, a different body oil, and several different facial oils I used. Now I have one oil that I love the best for all of these various purposes.
Ask Osea for a sample or buy a small bottle of it, I promise you will not be disappointed. I recently reviewed this oil on EDS if you'd like to read that thread, too.

Another vote for Osea, it really is good stuff and lasts a while. I believe a healthy skin barrier is the #1 sign of great skin- don't neglect your body!! |

Lilian Terry's Circula Vital Flow, a really 'wow' oil ... I have only tried this one oil combo so far, but am about to embark on a voyage of discovery re all the facial oils they sell

I bought this oil to help ease the pain in my legs, but find that it is a wonderful overall body oil. |

I use a lot of castor and olive oil. I do the OCM on my face at night while I'm watching T.V., and wash it off in the shower. In the shower I use straight olive oil on my body, don't use a body lotion.
Once a week I do OCM on my entire body, scalp included. I love this mix - 50% castor, 50% olive - but if I had to pick one, it would be castor. It does so many good things for my skin and hair. |

Avalange: Where can I get a sample of Osea's Undaria Algae oil. Have to try it first.
HippoMe: Can I get a sample of Lilian Terry's Circula Vital Flow? Also, I will PM you regarding some pain cream (as this is not the thread for this)... My mom swears by this cream and it will ease the pain on your legs for sure.
Immacolata: I have not tried Castor oil mixed with Olive oil, but I've tried Olive oil on its own for my skin/hair in the sauna every now and then. It really moisturizes. I will check local health shops for Castor oils.
To above Forum members who replied to this thread, a big "THANK YOU"
Anyone else would like to share theirs? ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Usage of oil in body is a good thing. It will keep your body flawlessly silky. If you wil use the body oil at the time of taking shower in the wet body and then continue the bathing. It is been very good for the body. |

I love a mix of jojoba, squalane and macadamia nut oil for the body (same as what I use for the face) and it is without a doubt the most moisturizing blend I have ever used. I sometimes add other oils from time to time, such as pomegranate oil or argan. |

I've been neglecting my body lately (hectic schedule, lol) but when I use an after bath oil it's always a combo with mostly rice bran.
I suppose it's because rbo is cheap and packed with antioxidants. It also has a lovely texture. It's lite but silky. I don't know why there aren't more positive findings on it in literature. I think it has 3-4% unsaponifiables. That's crazy! ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |
