Has anyone here had a chin reduction? Are there any non-surgical ways to make your chin smaller? I don't have a double chin, but its kind of prominent and in my opinion manly.
Also how long does a non-surgical nose job last? And is it worth getting a non-surgical nose job or just getting a regular nose job? |

A non-surgical nose job is when they inject Botox (I think) and reshape the nose. There is no cutting or anything. However the results are not permanent. |

Hi mizmeg, below is a link with some pictures and a video about the "filler rhinoplasty". The link to the dermatologist is one I used to go to but never had this procedure done but she does answer questions on realself so you might be able to ask there. It does say in the information that it can last up to 2 years and when you need it redone you can go to a permanent filler like Artefill. I do think it would be important to find a really good injector for this. Hope this helps.

I just saw my filler doctor (plastic surgeon) and he injected a couple of drops of Juvederm on the bridge of my nose where it broke many years ago just to give it a smoother appearance. He said Radiesse isn't used any more and there was some scandal associated with it or for some reason it's very scarce nowadays. But seems like normal fillers would work. |

Miz, I looked into getting my chin shortened, and found that there is the risk of cartilage drooping (aka witch's chin) with too much shaving off of the bone. My PS put some chin implants on each side of my face and shaved off a minimal section of bone, but it still looks too long to me, sigh. |

there's a laser rhinoplasty, a non-surgical nose job that used CO2 lasers to remove the excess thickness of the nasal skin or you may try fillers and injections like Botox. But i don't think there's non-surgical chin reduction. You may check with your doctor about this though.

This is sometimes called "the 15-minute nose job". In this treatment, there are no incisions, bone reshaping, or sutures involve, all it takes is a simple injection using fillers such as Radiesse, Botox or Artefill.
I guess they are perfect for individuals who only needs minor repair and not those who require structural changes to repair difficulty in breathing. |
