Whenever I go on vacation to a warmer coastal climate, it feels like my skin gets hydrated from the inside out. It feels and looks plump and younger. As soon as I get back to Canada, it feels like the water in my skin evaporates & dries up. It looks dry & older. I wonder what makes that happen and I wonder if there is any product that truly helps.Does anyone have any suggestions for an overall face and body moisturizer that makes Canadian Winter Skin feel soft & hydrated? |

Hi there - I'm testing everything under the sun these days...one of the products I've used and really like is the therapeutic eye cream by "B.Kamins Chemist". They are Canadian (go canucks!) and have developed preparations for people who are affected by the Canadian weather in the way you've described - I've heard him speaking about it on TV. Of course, they don't only market to Canada, but this Kamins guy developed his maple products with Canadian weather in mind. He is a chemist who developed his first products for his wife! I know a few people who use the line and just love it - one, who suffered from rosacea got amazing results. You can order it online in a number of places including (very recently) the shopping channel..I believe there are trial kits..
Good luck - hope you get lots of advice!
