Hi Ladies!
I have Loreal microdermabrasion kit and a JB exfoliant. Both say to use only 2 times a week.
Do these products basically work the same?
And how often should I use both?
I am also considering getting Dermalogicas Daily Exfoliant to help my post acne scars and to be able to use it everyday but I am sooo confused as when and how often to use these products not to overdoit..
Any thoughts?

Aga,
I can only comment on the Janson Beckett exfoliant. I would go by the recommendations of using it two times a week.
I am one of those people who can't use a microderm. product on my skin. I tend to get spider veins on my face so those products are a little too harsh for me.
Personally, I think you should decide which product you like and use one or the other. The home microderm. kits are also exfoliants. Please do not over exfoliate your skin!

In an effort to get smooth, baby soft skin, many people, both men and women are going overboard on removing the skin. Try to choose just one form of exfoliation, or alternate them." |
