These irritating marks on face and body can appear anytime irrespective of age. Do you have some interesting tips and techniques to get rid of pimples forever? |

Acne is irritation and a result of build up from oil trapped in pores or dead skin.
To avoid irritation like this always keep treating your skin gently as a top priority. Gently treat oil build up as you see fit. Find low intensity acids to remove dead skin and help curb future build up (PHA).
Understand how your skin works. Realize warning signs like tightness, dryness, hot/red skin, & itchy skin. All these things lead to excess oil and dead skin. If you begin to feel any of these take notice and respect your skin by taking steps to alleviate the symptoms. Whether that means stopping a product, switching up a product, or contacting a doctor is up to you. Just don't hope blindly for a product to produce results because that will lead to further frustration and more trouble that needs undoing. If irritation is happening, try to find calming natural products to use. I find whenever my skin is irritated, I gravitate towards products with shea butter.
Look for acne lines made for sensitive/hypersensitive skin. These lines usually contain calming, soothing, but very potent extracts/acids to heal and fortify skin against irritation. Always start with basic, healing products and work your way towards more potent stuff. It's like exercising any other muscle. You have to warm up and strengthen, then move on to the next level of intensity.
We all want the products we use and spend money on to work. Sometimes we spend tons of money finding the right products. Don't force a product to work. If it doesn't work, learn from the ingredients and try to find products without those compounds. Research new formulations and compare them to other ingredients and research. Treat your skin fairly. No burning showers, no harsh scrubbing, and remember less is more. Always ask. This forum is helpful and many people are respectful and sincere people who want to share and learn. TRUST.
