| I had always been able to get a small sample of skin care products at my local Ulta store which I patronize every week. My old product had been discontinued and I contacted the mfg. who supplied my with the name of their replacement product. I went to Ulta this am and they didn't have any sample bottles, so I went to Sally's and bought a small plastic bottle and went back to the store. The sales associate gave me a sample (after the manager rudely barked "I can't give you a whole bottle of my product"). Anyway, the sales associate (nice girl) told me that they weren't giving out samples anymore because of "health regulations". I won't be trying anything else from their store. I am a skin care nut and love new products, but I guess they'd rather I buy the product, use it a few times, and then return it. I don't know if this new policy is just because of local regulations or if it's national, but I'm taking my biz to Sephora because they are always so helpful with samples. |

| It is always nice to get samples to try. I would not want to buy a whole bottle of expensive cream if it does not suit my skin... |

I suspect the company is in trouble- most of them
have closed around where I live. Makes me sad. |
