I recently tried to place an order with this company and contacted customer service why my credit card kept being denied even though I had enough funds and was entering the correct billing information. The customer service represenative was very rude to begin with but things escalated and she called me a 'c***', told me I was 'mentally slow', and banned from me from viewing their site. She even told me the amount I was spending was not a big deal and that they have customers who spend even more than I do on a regular basis. I cannot believe this! I have never ever experienced customer service like this in my life, and would like to know where I can go to report these people.

You can start with writing bad reviews wherever possible, they're listed on superpages.com where reviews are posted. Perhaps spread the word on facebook, etc. MakeupAlley gets a lot of readers also. That's appalling what she called you & your story should be told!

I was absolutely in shock by what she wrote. The customer service representative must loathe her job for her to steep as low as to call a customer a 'cunt'. I recently heard that their products weren't that good anyway so maybe it was a good thing that my card was declined.

WOW!!! That is horrible! Being polite is key to running a successful business and to a happy life!

I am glad that you posted your experience with Isis. I have been very interested in this company because they claim to be able to lighten your eyes! I had been following a post on iris lightening a few months ago on this forum. If my memory is correct, someone had a similar experience with Isis customer service. Also, if you look at their website, the undertone is not so nice if you look at the disclaimers, etc.

I would love to be able to lighten my eyes and bring out the greenish undertones in them, but I have perfect vision, and I will not play with that...not until the method is fool proof!

OMG that is horrible customer service. I would definitely spread the word so others can be aware. I had ordered some pills from a site related to proactiv and they never delivered my order and charged my credit card. When I looked online they were horrible reviews for the company so I contacted my bank since they didn't respond to any of my emails. I can't remember their name but they were pills for acne. I saw the ad on proactiv's website.

I saved the nasty emails this person sent me. I was absolutely floored when she called me a "c***t". I can't believe she/he still has a job or that this company is still in business. Frankly I am glad that my credit card was declined, they seem shady and I do not trust them with my money anyway, especially with that attitude. I heard about how good their products were on another forum and thought I'd give it a try but now I suspect that maybe someone who works for Isis is posting these rave reviews. Their attitude is so disgusting I wonder why are they even working with the public.

I've been lurking on another website and I hear their arbutin drops do not work all that great, and one member said he/she made their own and it works better than the ones Isis sells.

I'm not surprised. Lots of alarm bells ring for me just looking at their website.

Soliciting for reciprocal links, placing google ad-words ads, selling advertising space, their "work from home" section off their jobs page... All makes me think it's a one-man/woman show and not very professional!
