I made a small order recently, and asked for a small C serum sample of any type...but i didn't get any. Do they only do that sort of thing with a large order?
I always get nice Decleor samples with my order though, and i'm very grateful for them  |

In my experience, if they have the sample available, they do their best to accomodate everyone's requests. I have next to none of the products I want to try available where I live, (or at the very least, not as cheap as they are from EDS) so I've started asking for specific things, and I've found they've done a great job at trying to get me the ones I had wanted to try.
My last order, I asked for MD Formulations and Dermalogica samples (special cleansing gel and barrier repair) and I got 4 MDF samples and dermalogica's barrier repair. I was very pleased.
I've been dying to try Decleor's Aromessense Homme, but they've never had a sample available.
I don't know you'd call a small order, but I've ordered just a $25 cleanser and gotten quite a few samples.
Also, I always place my order online, and write a small comment in the box, but I always call w/ credit card. I never place orders without speaking to a real person, it makes me feel better and I get to run things past the person, too.

I find if they have, them they will give them.
EDS is great for samples, they understand that they will sell more, and have happier customers if they give out samples. |

| Hi cindyadam. I asked for vitamin c samples too and didnt get them so I would take it they dont have any at this time. I got some lovely Dermalogica samples though and everything is greatly received. Those sample fairies are so kind.... |

I've been thrilled with all the samples i've gotten - i just wondered if i needed to make a bigger order if i was requesting specific samples. I would guess they didn't have anything then

I've just requested Vit-C with my last order also, but i guess they didn't have any... (guess everybody is asking for it  !!! that's y they don't have any)
My roomate was even worst(yes, we also order from EDS) She didn't get her gift..which of coz i don't know how can i help her  . |

We have good and better days with our samples inventory but unfortunately we always have to make a choice of dispatching the package without the samples if they are not available at the moment.
Perhaps if you make a note on your next order that you do not mind waiting with your shipment until the samples are available we could accommodate your requests for specific samples. Otherwise our priority is to deliver products that you paid for in as short time as possible.
christine, please ask your roommate to contact our customer service. Everybody knows that we love sending gifts  so it had to be a packing mistake  |

I loved EDS gifts also, it's like christmas time, thank you so much Magda!!! but my friend is a bit ..  sometimes so....
(hope she doesn't see this, since she doesn't usually visit the forum)

Sorry that you were disappointed, but please note that it's probably not a case of our shipping dept. being stingey. They probably didn't have those samples available to give to you. The variety & selection of available samples changes all the time! |
