Hello all:
I want to start exercising my face asap! I see there are several options to choose from; some kind of pricey for the dvd's! What reasonable and good?
Can anyone recommend good facial exercises app's to download on my new Kindle.
Thanks if you can help. |

It seems pricey at first glance, but with many you don't just get dvd's but also books, cds etc and some of them have live trainer access etc.
I'm not a kindle user so can't answer that one, but there are some great ones.
By far a freebie thats worth trying out is Tom Haggerty'swww.shapeyourface.com. He has a dvd you can purchase, but he's also got a free forum, and the exercises (5) are written on his site and pretty easy to do!
