It might actually be giving your skin a detox of sorts, and when it comes to swapping over products, most of us go through spots etc as our body adjusts to the new product. If its only spots, and your skin feels clean etc then I would just continue using it and eventually the face won't respond in that way. However, if your skin feels tight and stripped after cleansing, then I would find another cleanser

Hi Nikal,

I have to ask first: how was your face before you started using Oxygen Face?

Is your face normally oily, dry, etc....?

Also, Theresa is correct, it could also be your skin adjusting to the product.

it was oily but it hadn't all this red spots..I had acne problems before and I was on medication (retinoids) which cleared them, but they came back after a while and so the doctor told me to start again and in addition Gynofen 35...they cleared again, I finished the treatment, and then started having problems after like a month...and so I had to start again retinoids-very low doses. In the middle of that I heard of karin herzog and desided to give it a shot. I'm now 18 and reaaly worried.. Confused

I would personally stop both, and wait for your skin to clear up. Then add one new product in at a time.

My guess is that the oil in the cleanser may not be working with your younger skin. The Oxgen product is less likely to cause issues.

Not sure if you've seen the huge Karin Herzog review thread but some mentioned experiencing bumps / breakouts at first with the line. Here's the link: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=28480

I agree with Bethany. I'd stop the cleanser and see what happens.

I have used KH cleansers and VK2 (and eye cream) off and on for years and really love the oxygen products. I had a sample only of the chocolate cleanser and using something that smelled of chocolate to wash my face didn't work for me. I do like the other cleanser that's been around a while but I don't see it as a right choice for your age.
