well, after all the controversy over the Dr Hauschka cleansing cream and it's smell and texture, i wondered what are people's favourite products based on their smell alone.
i remember a few years ago i had a moisturising mask from shiseido that smelled so wonderful sometimes i'd just open the tub to smell it! it was like camellias and stuff, now usually i don't like floral scents like this but there was something about this stuff... *drifts off into olfactory memories...*
so, what's your favourite product based on it's smell?...

Even though I can't use Creme De La Mer on my face, I love the smell. Sometimes I use it on my neck for the aroma alone.

I use a toner from Nuvante that I love the smell of because it contains pumpkin seed. It's just such a pleasant, but slightly spicey scent.
I also like that Esthers Secret products have no smell at all.

I any skin care products that contain a lavendar scent, but I have combination/sensitive skin so I have to be careful when it comes to any products that touch my face.
Though I have no problems whatsoever slathering the stuff on my body. When I remember to... I'm not so good at taking care of my body as I am with my face, hands and feet. |

I really like the smell of Decleor Hydra Floral Emulsion.
I'm currently testing Marks & Spencers Revival Advanced Daily Moisture Complex for the Beauty Bible and I the smell of it. It contains pomegranate, green tea, grapeseed and liquorice. Lovely.
I also really like the smell of Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel. Really fruity.
Another nice smelling moisturiser is Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine cream. |
