I am 29 Almost 30! I tend to sleep on my side but I have been trying to sleep on my back! Not sure if I turn back on my side when I sleep. The sagging is on my cheeks! What can I do to reverse this before it gets worse? I desire to lift my cheeks and make them look tight not saggy or with extra skin.
PS: I'm naturally thin and athletic, I'm a ballet dancer! Doing ballet has something to do with it?
Thank You! |

Saggy cheeks love AgelessifYouDare.org! These exercises worked wonders for me. |

Thought that's what Vitamin C and copper peptides were for. My left eye hood was starting to droop a bit, and I don't think it is anymore since I started the ghk. And my nasolabials or whatever, may have smartened up too - they're not bothering me, anyway.
I recall a thread a while ago about the impact of jogging on the face. I felt a definite tug on my forehead & cheeks each time my foot hit the ground. |

Maybe you should look at your diet. Sagging skin at your age is not very usual. Maybe you are dieting too harshly and need more calories and more cholesterol (yes, cholesterol. It's the stuff your body uses to make hormones of).
Ballet dancers especially can diet and exercise to such an extent that their periods become irregular and their estrogen production slows down - which can lead to sag. Find a good balance, eat good foods (don't forget to eat eggs and avocados), keep a good balance between the amount of exercise you get and what you eat. |

it may have to do more with your bone structure.. if the cheek bones are not on the prominent side, cheeks tend to look saggy even if there is a slight bit of sag.. face exercises would def help.. I have the same issue, I have been imagining my cheeks sagging for the last 8 years, I am 35 now... but still they are fine and holding up nicely... btw, I never ever had/have a problem of NL folds, they are non existing.. culprit is the cheek bones in my case n may be in urs too.. face exercises did help... |
