Hi Folks!
I'm a long time visitor and have found this to be a very valuable resource for first-hand user information on skin care. This is my first post, so I hope I'm doing this correctly and in the right thread.
I've been using and loving the serums from I'm Fabulous, but recently have been having trouble with their customer service.
Placed an order on April 16th, it arrived promptly but with the wrong items inside. I sent them an email right away and they immediately replied saying they'd send out the right stuff the next business day. That was over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't seen the product AND they haven't responded to two emails politely asking for status. They also don't seem to be answering their phone...
Anyone else having or had problems with their customer service? Makes me concerned about placing future orders...
Thanks for any insight you can give! I'm so lonely without my Repair Serum!
