I was just wondering if daily tanaka massage can create skin laxity? Also wondering if this massage can cause laxity:

I read some comments of people warning on that technique saying it will eventually cause skin laxity?
Please clear my doubts.
Thank You! |

The woman in the YouTube video has beautiful skin.
I have been doing the Tanaka massage a couple of times a week and other various forms of massage the rest of the days and of course on some days I don't do anything. I use sesame seed oil when I massage as my skin seems to really like it. I am close to 40 years old and my skin is much healthier and more vibrant now, then when I was in my 20s and especially more so since starting the various massages.
The only caution I have read regarding Tanaka massage is not to do it every day. Because the massage is so lymphatic in nature and if you do it every day, the skin might get lazy and not move the lymph properly on its own. I don't know how true that is, but that is what I read. |
