I am not sure if stress causes you to be less attractive, but one thing for sure is that stress causes you to be less healthy and prone to a heart attack. Nowadays, we lead a very busy and stressful life, so find something that helps reduce the stress, such as exercise, listening to music, finding a hobby, etc. "Life is too short, so be happy". |

Actually, the average lifespan is at least 75 years for most, which is pretty long.
The study does say that increased cortisol MAKES you less attractive. So you would want to find out what has caused it to increase and lower it, if being attractive is important to you. |

Ha, no pressure!
From my perspective what makes you less attractive when you are stressed is that you don't smile. Also frowning and clenching can lead to wrinkles which may make you look older.
A true smile to me, is a thing of great beauty on anyone. |

When you are stressed you are likely to frown or look depressed so would look unattractive. |
