So I just got a full size bottle of the SkinCeuticals Foaming cleanser and I was very surprised because the cleanser is just a clear liquid (looks like water). However, when I used the pump to get the liquid out, the cleanser surprisingly came out as a light foam!
Well, I am the type of person that likes a thicker cleanser that foams slightly as you put it on and I was put off at first by its light and airy texture. When I put it on, however, it really did a GREAT job of cleaning my face and getting off my makeup! I was impressed!
I still like La Roche Posay's cleanser better because it leaves my skin feeling tighter and cleaner (and it has a thicker texture), yet, La Roche Posay does NOT do a good job of getting all my eyeliner off. SkinCeuticals product on the other hand is almost like a two in one and did a GREAT job at getting all of the eyeliner off WITHOUT irritating my eyes. (I think for now I'm going to go back and forth between the two products)
I would love to hear other people's reviews of this product. Do you like the ultraliquid lightness of this product or are you a fan of thicker cleansers? Comments please!

If you like the La Roche Posay cleanser, you may also want to try BioMedic's Purifying Cleanser. It does not dry out your face and does a good job of taking off eye makeup.

I have tried this cleanser. Although I didn't find anything 'wrong' with it, I didn't care for it. I am sure it was a texture thing. Unfortunately, I love cream cleansers, but I have a tendancy towards oily skin, so I usually just stick with thicker gel cleansers. |

I love this cleanser. I am on my second bottle. I like the way it almost feels like you are washing with just water and no residue is left behind as I feel are with other cleansers. |

La Roche Posay owns Biomedic (and L'Oreal owns them) so that may be a reason for the similarities between La Roche Posay's cleanser and Biomedics. I'll definitely have to check it out...I am, however, still a fan of the way La Roche's cleanser leaves my skin feeling.
BTW I tried Kinerase's new cleanser (it either just came out or is coming out soon) and I did not like it AT all. Kinerase cleanser gets stuck on your skin if your face is just damp. Not what I'm looking for ... |
