I need some advice on a good acne kit, that won't be too harsh on my skin.
I am 24, female, healthy. For some reason, my skin is breaking out all over the place. I make sure to eat healthy, wash my pillows and use oil free non clogging products. But its not helping!!
What kit would you advice? Proactiv, Murad, Dermalogica? Skin ceutical? I am open to any spa tools, services etc.
I am tired of customizing different lines, diy serums, or getting out my magnifying glass to analyze a million different ingredients on the label. |

I personally had great results with Proactiv when nothing else would work. |

Hi skincare1988,
Have you tried blue LED's? After decades of acne and the oiliest skin known to mankind, I have finally found relief with a blue LED device. I don't think that it matters too much which one you use. What does matter is the wave length of the light. The closer to 400nm the faster it will work and the treatment time will also be less. If you have tried everything else, this might be worth looking into. Doodles. |

Check out Zenmed's kits. They're formula is way better balanced than Proactiv and they offer kits for different types of skin. |

You see. Everyone recommend different product. Personal experience is very important, especially for acne skin. |
