I usually eat plain unsweetened fat free Greek yogurt. I was shopping the other day without my reading glasses and bought a 32 oz tub of the full fat Greek yogurt sweetened with honey. I tried it and it is SO GOOD---delicious but twice the calories of my usual  I ate and enjoyed a little bit of it but what to do with the rest?? I tried it as a mask and it is terrific---it feels cool and nice, not messy because quite a bit of it seems to be absorbed. It rinses off easily leaving my skin smooth, glowing and so well moisturized!! If you try it be sure to include your lips because this mask is delicious!!!  |

| I just did this last night! I have super sensitive dry reactive skin on my cheeks. I do this twice a week but I do not let the yogurt dry on my face. I put it on my neck, under eyes, top of chest,and backs of hands. It also helps with dry skin on my cheeks I am having a hard time shaking since I tried doing organic skin care for 18 months 4 years ago using different oils and butters and such. I use Fage brand Greek yogurt, it tastes the best. I rather eat a full fat or 2% Greek yogurt and add my own Manuka honey and walnuts. The yogurt with fruit added has so much sugar added or artificial sweeter! Nothing puts weight on you faster than to much sugar. |
