Hello there
I stumbled across this forum last year and have been dropping in to see what's new ever since. Today I joined up!
I am an Aussie girl who has just noticed fine lines appearing (oh no!) around my eyes. I'm looking for a product to address this, but there seem to be SO many options. From reading your forum it seems Alphaderma is pretty good? What else can you guys suggest? Where is the best place to buy products? I want to choose the right one if it's going to be shipped all the way down here!
Thanks! |

Before anyone will leave any comments, we need to know your age and skin type. Its a good start to know whic direction might help you.
Im using the Alphaderma at the moment, have been using it for 2 weeks, I use it with the Skin Prep and Okusil, all from the same range. I'm really pleased so far. I ordered mine off this site and shipping is usually quite quick and you tend to get a few samples of other products in with your parcel. Mabsy is our Guru on this site, she has tried so many products and is very knowledgable about alot of things, she will no doubt pop in to say hi. She also lives in Australia and gets alot of products off here. Well ALOT OF PRODUCTS in general really.
Good luck with your fine lines, its my problem too |

Aerial,
How old are you if you don't mind me asking? What eye cream/gel are you currently using?
I would suggest that you start using a vitamin C serum and an eye cream with SPF (or SPF over your eye cream) during the day if you don't already.
I'm 28 and live in QLD (the "sunshine state") so I'm exposed to sun on a daily basis. I have used sunblock religiously around the eye area and I also use a vitamin C serum. So far I have no lines *fingers crossed*. I would also suggest that you wear sunnies when outside during the day as that prevents you from squinting (and also has the obvious benefit of protecting your eyes from the sun ). I also do regular eye masks, and while I can't for sure say that they have done something, I can tell you that I enjoy them and that I'm sure they don't do any harm |

Thanks SO much girls for your helpful hints:) I have just turned 30 and I have pretty sensitive skin and a fair complexion. My skin can get a bit dry and it seems like many products give me red lumps (yuk).
I have to admit I've been pretty slack as far as my skin goes...but now I want to "get serious" and start using good products! You girls really seem to know what you're talking about. Like Queensland, Perth (where I live) is sunny all the time so I'm pretty good with my hat/sunglasses/suncream routine.
However I want to invest in good products - sounds like the alphaderma is a good place to start! Has anyone with sensitive skin had any issues with it?
thanks
