What's in your keep pile?

Me - needling rollers, My-M needling pen

various gel-based masks, paper/cloth based masks soaked in actives and all pre-packaged for single use.

Your discard pile?

scrub pads - too harsh for my skin

I haven't tried any other devices

Discard:
BabyQ and AALS - too much negative evidence about them causing free radical damage.
Clarisonic - too rough for my skin
NuFace - didnt see anything happening
NuSkin Galvanic Spa - didnt see any improvements and the serums are exxy.

Keep:
rollers/dermapen
facial exercise and massage
