So i was wondering if anyone is here into Qi Gong and can recommend something to read that includes exercises. The sea now at the end of summer is empty so i can practice Qi Gong in the sea air |

Hi panoslydios,
I was into Qi Gong for more than a year or so. Came back to Yoga now.

www.qimaster.com/ - A website of Grand Master Hong Liu.
You can find his book and video on his site or just buy it from Amazon.
I like how he explains each and every exercise in his book including breathing.
