Someone had asked about Simone France skin care, and I can't get back to the page where it was posted.
I tried Simone France. I plunked down a large chunk of my beauty allowance and purchased everything in the line for my skin type. I was, unfortunately, very disappointed. After using these products I saw absolutely NO difference in my skin. The only difference I experienced with this line is that my wallet was flatter.
I called customer service about returning the products, but I was told they do not allow returns. If I had seen that before ordering, I never would have ordered. A No Return policy is a big flag for me. Furthermore, the customer service representative was very rude.
My experience with this line was 1) it was ineffective, 2) it was over priced, and 3) they have poor customer service. I would not buy these products again. |

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry about your bad experience with them. I've seen this line a few times on the internet and was intrigued but now I'm glad I didn't buy. Pretty much everyone gives a refund for returns these days so that's really not good business. |

I have been using the Simone France line for over a month. This is the most ridiculous skin care I have ever used. The morning ritual of putting cream on adding scrub the washing off with soap…what a waste of product. Why not just make a scrub or morning cleanser that has a gentle exfoliation? The cream is rich because of the wax in it and leaves your skin feeling like you rubbed Crisco on it. I am so sorry I bought this line. What a waste of money! By the way they make reference that the cream is as good as La Mer…Right…LOL |

If you are willing to give the products another try, I'd be happy to do a personal skin analysis for you so we can make sure you have the right products for your skin. We also have a special method for using our products so sometimes adjusting the method can make all the difference. I hope you will contact me personally at penny @ simonefrance . com. Hello Bwriter! I am one of the owners of Simone France - I'm just seeing this post now and I'm so sorry you had a problem with the products! If you are willing, we would like to see if we can find the right products for you (it definitely sounds like the moisturizer was way too rich!), and let me also assure you that we refund all customers who return products. You make a great point about the fact that we don?t mix our cleansers and exfoliators together into one product. We remain true to Simone's methods that have been tried and true for decades. We have found that while there is a certain appeal to be found in all-in-one products, there is usually a trade-off in performance. Did you fill out our skin analysis before purchasing?
