Hi,
I love to wear eyeliner...problem is my upper eye is rather
droopy and touches my eyelids. So a great line in the morning
is just a water line by day's end. I would REALLY like to find
and eyeliner that stays on. Preferable a drug store brand
(maybelline?), that doesn't break the bank...
Thanks! |

I'd start doing some facial exercises for the eye area and change the problem entirely. The eyes respond very well and rather quickly to exercise. |

Try Nars “Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base”!
It does really like its name!
For the eyeliner, I use "Koji Dollywink Liquid Eyeliner". It's a liquid eyeliner. You can find it on Amazon. |

Try liquid eyeliner instead of pencils, no pencil eyeliners would last more than 5 hrs for me. |
