I posted my regimen once before...but I have a question about adding a step....
I do the following in the morning:
Wash with Shira Coconut and Oatmeal Cleanser
Tone with Shira Pomegranate toner
Serums: Paula's choice C-15, Calm redness relief, and the new skin brightener.
Moisturize with a mixture of Juice Organics Pomegranate moisturizer, 3 drops of pom, blueberry, seabuckthorn, tamarac, grapeseed, and maracuja oils and 2 drops of pom, blueberry and green tea extract.
Physical sunscreen: mixture of Elemental Herbs Kids and Juice Beauty Sport (both SPF 30 and zinc based).
Night:
Wash with Juice Beauty Green Apple Gel cleanser
Alternate nights of Retin-A and Tazorac (ADC versions)
Smoky Mountain estradiol cream
I would like to add Cera Ve Am to the morning before using physical sunscreen and Cera ve Cream or PM at night after the estradiol cream.
My questions:
1. Is the combination of oils and cream too heavy for my face....both in smothering pores and in weight (cause excess sagging?)?
2. How long should I wait after applying the estradiol cream to apply the Cera Ve.
I think that one of the reasons why my face is dry is because my skin barrier is compromised and I'd like to take care of that. I'm currently 50, but am told that I look much younger (30s) and I'd like to keep it that way though I see a little sagging here and there.

1 - hard to say without seeing you. Try and and see!
2 - I would wait at least 30 mins. Does it say anything on the bottle about this?
all I know for sure is that you are making me feel very lazy! I use only 1 product in the AM and playing around with 3 at night. I haven't decided on a winter PM routine yet. |

LOL! This only takes me about 5 minutes in the morning. It takes longer at night because of the waiting. The estradiol doesn't say anything about waiting after application  . |
