Juvederm and sinus issues

Hi all,

Has anyone here ever heard of Juvederm causing sinus issues? I had some injected almost three years ago. She overdid it and there's still a lump on my right side that hasn't absorbed. On the same side, I have a mass taking up my entire right maxillary sinus that needs to be surgically removed. It feels to me like the Juvederm could be a constant irritant.
