can anyone recommend a hair spray for super light blonde hair (bleached) which does not yellow my hair. I've tried many brands and they seem to dull my hair and make it brassy. |

My fave of all time and the ONLY one I use on my highlighted hair is Loreal Elnet with UV protection for color treated hair.
Love the stuff! It works so well to hold (I use extra-hold) yet you can comb thru it when needed. |

I have naturally dark blonde hair which I highlight and lowlight.
I have used many hairsprays - from Final Net in the 70s which my boyfriend called Vinyl Net to many on the market now. The best I have found is AG Ultradynamics Extra Firm which, contrary to its name, is not really all that extra firm in that my hair is still soft and I can run my fingers through it after spraying. It holds very well. I mention this only because when I hear Extra Firm I think Helmet Hair.
It does not dull my blonde hair (I know exactly the effect to which you are referring) and does not irritate my sensitive scalp the way some products do.
You can get it at Ulta. There is a travel size which you might want to buy first to see if you like it. |

Another great hairspray is Goldwell 4 Big Finish Volume Spray which I think smells pretty nice too.
I did not like the Loreal Elnet at all when I first tried it but perhaps I should give it another go especially since you love it, Annie. I'm pretty sure I still have it--probably buried in my beauty graveyard somewhere.
The AG one sounds great too. I'm interested to give that one a try as AG is easy to get around here.
Thanks for sharing! |

I have been using a very fine and very dry hair spray from big sexy hair. It is brand new and I think it is available for sale now.
Will look it up and get the real name now.
I think it is:
Big Sexy Hair Weather Proof Humidity Resistant Spray |
