Hah! In a nutshell. I'm actually considering having my top lip done- it is so thin!
As for products, I don't actually think there are many specifically for lip enhancement, that I know of. I do, however, apply my vitamin c all over my lips and an avo-free sunscreen everyday. Also I have read that hyaluronic acid supplements can help with plumping.
