are there any of them?

something not harsh for the skin, just to
work it gently.

fe(facial exercises not flex effect Rolling Eyes ) like everything might be damaging .there are these kind of people that get addicted to them.

smth that the body needs.
you feel great after yoga, the body was in need of yoga.
you feel great after tanaka, body was in need of massage.
you dont feel great after harsh facial exercises.whooooooooooooops.thats a no no.

so i am asking for a gentle program.maybe face yoga.??

The Yamuna ball exercises, think it's called the save your face kit, is supposed to be kind of like a relaxing, more gentle facial release type of treatment...but of course it incorporates the balls so you aren't just using your own hands to treat yourself.

I don't know what you mean by soft face exercises, but as far as face exercises that make you feel good after you do them are concerned, I get that with Tom's program and with CFF. In fact, I have shared how I feel like I just had a facial after I do CFF. I even made a remark to that effect in 2007 when I first gave my testimonial of the program on the CFF website:
Quote:
[...]Within a few weeks, I was starting to "feel" a few changes. I don't know if they were noticeable to anyone else those first few weeks, but I definitely felt and saw a difference. This inspired me to go on, as did the good feeling you get after a workout![...]

I also enjoyed Eva's program or I would not have done it for 15 years.

None of these 3 programs were/have been "harsh to my skin".

Happy Face Yoga is quite popular, or Rose Hans Trans stuff is also pretty good. Depends really on what you believe, as to what you create really.

There are different schools of thought, but one thing I want to put here for you to consider is that what you will feel is “soft” today might not be so “soft” tomorrow depending on the reaction of your face etc. Also with the face, if you look at things like meridans you will see there are energetic flows throughout the entire body that when you stimulate the face you will be stimulating the organs. Yu’ve tried the FlexEffect rolling massage right and now know how that can thicken the skin up. With any program it can be as aggressive or soft as you want depending on your goals and the place you start from (genetics, lifestyle, diet etc). These all play a role.

Face Yoga can also be aggressive too – there isn’t a “soft” program – kind of like asking for a shoe that’s one size that fits all. With whatever program you choose, you should look into the support behind it. I’m a FlexEffect Trainer, and for our clients we have the forum etc, but there are others like Facercise where Carole Maggio responds to emails and has trainers all over the world, etc.
