anyone using youtheory collagen advanced formula, types 1,2, and 3 w 18 amoino acids? I have been crushing them in my little $3 walmart pillcrusher and drinking them in water, about 6 a day. I think they do help plump up the lines in the face. I had read that crushing the pills makes them more effective but I find the powder kind of clumps together and sticks to the sides of the glass so I have been using hot water to make it easier to unclump.

I got these free from somewhere...I think in a surprise gift bag from my vitamin store. I have been taking them since summer. I think they help, although it's hard to say as I do many different things for my skin. I never thought of crushing them though. I just pop them with water. Crushing sounds like a bit of a pain. I wonder if that is necessary.

Youtheory only supplies like 6000 mg/6 tablets collagen doesnt it? Its inexpensive anyway.

This one supplies 13,000 mg collagen/1.7 oz bottle but is considerably more expensive. It is a liquid tho and might be more bioavailable:

Taut is $110 for 8 of the 1.7oz bottles. Sometimes they offer specials where you get some of the collagen masks when you buy the liquid collagen.
