Can anyone recommend a good under eye cream that isn't too expensive? I've been using Origins Eye Doctor for years and feel like it's not moisturizing enough for my dry under eyes. Thx |

If you like that eye cream, why not just use a bit of avocado oil under it first Ollie?
Or maybe Origins changed the formulation and its different. Could be time for a change in products. |

I believe you're right Fawnie! I think Origin's may have changed the ingredients. Can you recommend something else? I'm looking for something that will help minimize concealer creases. Thanks |

"Concealer creases"?? Do you mean your concealer pools into lines? Maybe use a different concealer or something that minimizes the dark circles you're trying to conceal. |

Watch the Wayne Goss makeup tutorials on youtube. He said all concealers crease but there are tricks to making it look less obvious. I just check my eye makeup every few hours and dab the area with my pinky to smooth the creases. Quick and easy and free! |

Yes! My concealer settles into tiny wrinkles underneath my eyes. It drives me crazy! I try to put it on shortly after I put my origins eye cream on. It doesn't seem to make much difference. As far as trying other concealer's, I've gone that route too. I always end up going back to Lancôme. I can't find one that covers well enough and isn't too cakey. I've read some people here on the forum use hard candy, Bye Bye and Erase Paste. Have any of you had any luck with any of these? I'll be sure to check out that video too! |

I usually use my face cream around my eyes.
However sometimes, I do get more wrinkles under my eyes from dryness. When it happens I use the Dr. Renaud eyes cream and it help restoring the moisture under my eyes and my concealer looks better.
The Dr. Renaud eyes cream is one of the rare eye cream that doesn't give me eye bags and that is rich enough for when my eyes area need more moisture. |

Sooo, what is the "I always end up going back to Lancôme" about? Eye cream or concealer? I understand it as concealer but want to doublecheck just in case I've got it wrong. Very interest if so, as I love Lancôme's makeup specially the máscara. |

Ollie: do you set your under eye concealer? Try using MUFE setting powder or whatever powder you are currently using - just a light dusting should hold it in place for longer.
As for an eye cream - I just tried out Caudalie SOS eye cream and its fantastic. BASIC, but it does the job for me. No creepiness, well moisturing and not too heavy either. |

ATester, Yes I do use the Lancôme concealer and do love it because it covers really well. It just settles into my under eye wrinkles.
Puglove, Yes, I set my concealer with Origins face powder. I don't have a problem with the concealer lasting longer. I have a problem with dryness under my eyes and was looking for a good eye cream. thank you for your referral for the Caudalie cream. Where can I buy that and how much isit? |

I just started using Kiehl's rose artica eye cream. I was hesitant at first to try kiehls but really like it actually. It's $46 or so, but it is budget compared to creme de la mer's eye cream, which I almost bought....I find the kiehls moisturizing but not overly so. I was using osea eyes and lips before then for several years but just felt like I needed something different. |

I have on order the PSF 3 - in 1 eye treatment. I ordered from EDS and it should arrive next week. I have tried other PSF products (including the cranberry gel eye treatment) and will report on this one.
I do have the Hard Candy Glamoflauge. It comes in three colours only. Very very thick and I use it sometimes around my nose. If you decide to use around eyes; the smallest tiny dot possible and blended well.
For my eyes, I apply a little of my tinted moisturizer (currently PC spf 30) and then a little powder concealer over it. I like Silk Natural's very little peach.
Both Silk Naturals and Paula's choice offer trial sizes. |

I will recomend Sundari Chamomile Eye Oil. If you think it's too expensive, you can take acure 100% argan oil. It's also useful for me. |

Ollie - picked it up from Sephora. EDS may carry it as well I haven't checked. Price point, its decent and does a great job. Not super greasy.
If you are looking for a heavier - duty type, try Clarins Restorative. Its in a red pump bottle. Its much more moisturizing and you apply to the total eye area. This helped me tremendously - My upper lids were scaly, and it got rid of the flakiness, it worked fairly well under the eye as well. This has a richer texture than the Caudalie.
Once my skin started to even out, I switched to Caudalie for maintenance and use the Clarins once in a while when I feel I need the extra oomph. Hope that helps! |

Ollie,
I would like to recommend DNA(do not age)with Dr. Brandt triple peptide eye cream. I've only used it for about 3 days, But it is the only eye cream I have ever used that I noticed a dreastic improvement right away. It is a little pricey though. I have tried a few products over the past few years and kinda of gave up cause nothing seemed to show fast results. I am in my fifties but do not have any wrinkles just a few fine lines and sallow looking under eyes. This cream seems to be amazing. Have not used it long term yet though.
as far as concealers I really love the Yves Saint Laurent 'Touche Éclat' Radiant Touch. So far that is the best I have ever used and does not settle into fine lines like a lot of other concealers do. Again, it is a little pricey though.
Another under eye concealer/treatment/highlighter I have used and like very much is Fake Up by benefits. I like this concealer because it has an eye cream in it and the price is much more reasonable!
I get these products from Sephora or ulta but they may have them on here on EDS, I am not sure. 'Im new to EDS and have not shopped here yet.
I hope these suggestions help!
Since I started using |

You can try Isomers ALL-IN-ONE eye concentrate plus a suitable eye cream.Besides, a good rest and a healthy eating habit is necessary. Hope this helps. |

UPDATE:
I am using the PSF 3 - in - 1 treatment. Notice the difference. I will write a full review after I have been using it a few weeks. It does not moisturize well so i add oil, etc. over the serum.

I am currently not using concealer in the eye area. |
