I usually get my brows tattooed every year or so. However, somewhere in between I had a wedding (my own) and was looking for something to boost the colour for the photos. I am a redhead with light eyes and fair skin, and there seemed to be limited options in pencils.
Luckily I happened to notice GOSH LONG LASTING BROW PEN in a drugstore. It is somewhat like the felt tipped eyeliner pens. You can draw individual brow hairs, or simply colour in the brow shape you want using the precision tip.
This one is a keeper. I may put off my annual trek to the salon for tattooing. I got a colour called Venetian brown; it has red tones, but be forewarned it does darken a little after drying. This is simply the best thing for brows I have ever used.
A little pricey for the drugstore - but still under $20 - and I do not as yet know how long it will last. I have had it under daily use for about two months thus far and still making great natural looking brows. |

Just bought this!! Thanks mismis....I read the reviews and ordered the "wheat " colour. I have quite dark brows with no red. Most dark brown pencils are too warm for the colour of my brows, so I hope this works!! Which colour did you get? |

I got Venetian Brown and that has quite a bit of red, perfect for me. I do hope yours is the right colour, if only we could recapture all the $ spent on makeup that is "not quite right"!!! |

Thanks, mismis. Do I need water-proof eye makeup remover for this?
