I came across some videos on Youtube showing squeezing and stretching the forehead around the brow area to get rid of elevens. It does feel very relaxing, but I'm wondering if it can cause damage if done long term, because of the stretching of the skin? Has anyone tried this? I'm not exactly sure if I can share the link on here, as I haven't read all the rules yet. Thanks,

Hi anomaly (Robin):
I don't know if this is the video you are referring to:
http://youtu.be/Cfar5dMAaxs
...but if it is, then IMO it seems like it would be a good solution for the 11's. Since people who get them tend to frown a lot (usually inadvertently) thus contracting the muscle in that area to the point that it starts to maintain that contraction at all times, I suspect the massage can relax that permanent contraction and therefore smooth the area out.
As I stated in another discussion where the video was posted, the lady demonstrating the exercise does not have the dreaded 11's so it would seem the massage is working for her. I imagine, doing a full facial exercise program to tone all muscles that are interconnected with the glabellar ones would not be a bad idea.
That said, I personally do not do the massage as I am content with the programs I do (CFF and Tom Hagerty's) so don't feel the need to do anything outside of them. Also I do not have the dreaded 11's, but if I did, I would not think twice about doing this massage.
Recently, Marie-Andree shared a video of a pinching massage in which the lady demonstrating it had a very smooth forehead and she does a pinching massage. The video is in French but easy to follow. Perhaps that's another technique worth considering:
