What is your opinion of Aubrey Organics sunscreens?
And how does it compare to other sunscreens, especially mineral-based sunscreens? |

the 30spf aubrey sunscreen is not the best. It take 15-20min for it to absorb so that the white cast is less obvious. It's also a bit sticky (which i find normal for most natural physical sunscreen). It is pretty moisturizing, so I dont recommend any moisturizer beneath this one. I tried it with my moisturizer underneath this and I noticed that it make it really hard for it to absorb and may even "melt" off. Not too greasy.
I do recommend the spf 15 version called saving face by aubrey. This one is one of my favourite daily sunscreen. I also recommend green beaver SPF 15 with raspberry extract. There are no white cast for both sunscreen, not too greasy, but adds a tiny bit of shine. |

I used it for a quite a long time. I actually like it a lot in the way it makes my skin look. However I found it did not absorb at all well and in the summer I kept sweating it off. Had to change to a chemical sunscreen that absorbs well as was sing Retin A at the time.
Have taken note of pockyupnose's post though. I think I was wearing moisturiser underneath so maybe that is why it did not seem to absorb. Maybe I shall give it another go as I know chemical sunscreens aren't that great. I do like the one I am currently using though. It is a once a day sunscreen so I can apply it and sweat, swim etc and I don't have to apply it again. I don't think it's good to keep putting products on your skin.
Why do you ask VeronicaM? |

Chemical sunscreens often irritate me
So, I've been looking for a gentle, mineral-based sunscreen that is also reasonably priced |
