I have experienced with ginger and i can confirm
the claim that it has the strongest digestive enzymes in the herbal kingdom.
Though i need some help.How do you use it?What should i mix?Powder or grated/sliced ginger(juice).
I have heard that in order for the cell walls to get cracked and release the acive enzymes, one should refrigerate the powder in a cup of water for several days. Not practical,i wouldnt want my family see a fridge with a weird powder in a glasss of water staying for days.
I used it merely with water and i can confirm it cleans the skin like nothing else.It doesnt burn.It is a weird kind of cleaning. It eats the fibrous tissues in long term ,promotes circulaiton and healthy cell building.
For spot treatment ,accupuncturists use grated ginger in the spot(scar, sun damage,hypopigmentation...) then they fire a herbal like stick that is called moxa and you hold it 1 inch above the spot so you dont get burn and promote heat induced circulation. So imagine the ginger enzymes eat the fibrous tissue while the moxa keeps the area circulated. |

What if you grated it (fresh) and made a paste from mixing it with a little water? |

Yeah you could do this.As you could just slice it and extract the juice.
You could add lemon and/or honey.
Here is a video.

Also a good bath combination is ginger, cinammon, cayenne and epsom salts. |
