I have gone grey in much less than a year. I'm 31 and this time last year I had no grey at all. I have many family members around my age and a bit older and they're not greying yet. I've been exposed to a lot of stress and my blood tests indicates that my cortisol is too high. Probably that has something to do with it rather than genes. Now I read about so many supplements that could help but I can't take everything ( I'm a bit short on my dough). Wheatgrass seems to be one and Ashwagandha could help with the cortisol levels ( heard if that's the cause reversal will take place)
But any other suggestions are great. Of course I already use hair dyes but after a week it's already starting to show as it is very grey and my hair grows quickly. |

Thanks Havana, I asked my doctor to check my vitamin B12 too but in the letter I got, it turned out that she didn't do it. That's so typically doctors over here. should see another one. |

PS if I'd go to a doctor to have my blood checked, what exactly should I have checked? |

I went grey in my early 30s as well. Stress definitely contributed. I am in the same boat. My hair grows quickly & I have to dye it often which I don't like to do. My hair is dark but I'm thinking I might go lighter so the grey isn't as obvious when it grows. |
