Hi all I'm a nooy but all of your post have gotten me through a whole bunch of things.
So today I'm here because its been about 5 days after my first roll and I'm really itchy.
If it helps any...
-I used a 2.5mm roller for stretch marks
-I didn't use any numbing cream
-I only used it on my lower abdomen
-there was moderate bleeding
-I followed rolling with a DIY shea body butter and in the days following have used Palmer's cocoa butter formula, emu oil, and avocado oil
The redness went away in a couple days and is now completely gone but I'm starting to itch like crazy.
Is this normal or should I be concerned? |

| Pretty normal on the body! But I am not sure why we get more itchy on the body vs the face. |

| I had the same issue with intense itching after rolling. I tried hydrocortisone cream after and even that didn't help. I would do my rolls at night and couldn't sleep because of the itching. Then I moved out of the country and in our new home I do not have this issue. I am wondering if it is something about the water. I would use ice water after my roll to cool my skin. FYI. I itched in Australia, but not in America. |

Thanks Flipper.
A few days after my post the itching started to ease up, and though it still itches a few times a day I'm sure it'll stop soon.
I appreciate the cold water tip and will try it on my next roll.
