I know that many forum members like Shiseido's cotton pads. Yet, if you're unable to get them for any reason, the video below gives a possible dupe:

Caveat: I have not used the Merle Norman pads, so I can't make a definitive statement. Perhaps others can chime in. |

| I don't know if they are a dupe but I get my pads from Daiso which is a Japanese dollar store. I'm pretty happy with the quality. |

I can't find a link. But if you go into any Shoppers Drug Mart and ask at the cosmetic counter they can help you. Similar package. Quo is exclusive to Shoppers Drug Mart. |
