Ceramides seem to be the new miracle ingredient. First I've noticed them on some of the favorite creams like CeraVe PM, and yesterday my doctor recommended a ceramide-containing cream to help with my rocasea. Apparently they are also helpful for eczema problems and are generally nourishing for skin.
It seems like a must for our DIY recipes!
There isn't much info about it here on the forum, yet.
Have you tried incorporating ceramides into your DIY projects?
What are your thoughts about this? |

Several oils contain ceramides, but I'm not sure how much:
I know that wheat germ oil, hemp seed oil, and rice bran oil, among others, have ceramides |

Many people here DIY with Niacinamide which increases Ceramide levels in the skin. |
