Drinkable sunscreen debuts just in time for summer.
"A small dose (usually 2 ml) contains enough waves for three hours of protection. UV Protection must be taken 1 hour prior to sun exposure and 90 minutes if there is food in the stomach. The standing waves vibrate at the skin level and cannot be washed off. The tanning effect is the result of standing waves that enhance your tan hormone, not the result of sun damage like we see with most tanning responses."

I saw this on DailymailUK yesterday. I call some serious snake oil BS on this one. I would need some serious science behind it to believe otherwise. Not just their word for god's sake.
In the meantime, I'll keep up my proven internal UV protection regimen of a phyto-nutrient rich diet and supplements such as Astaxanthin (4mg), Lutein (30mg), Lycopene (20 mg). |

Gosh, so the product is already 2+ years old and this is just a relaunch? It's a shame that there's no more info available to back up the breakthrough claims, particularly given Dr Johnson's statement in the thread link you posted that research was forthcoming.
In his response to B.A.D. though, I like this bit:

This product is FDA exempt since it does not work by altering physiology, it vibrates above the skin. |

I just googled… "are there foods that act like a sunscreen." And you will get the info on foods that protect your skin from the sun to a certain degree. Anything more than that and physical sunscreen is a bunch of bunk. |

All I can say he is indeed a very smart person and he sure know how to market his stuff.
Anyone can buy his vibrating water for what ever is cosmetics.
But I sure hope no one is going to get that drinkable sunscreen. And I hope even more that no Mother will give this to her children. |
