Joan Rivers was pretty hard to look at. You're right, there is something strange and jokerish about her mouth. I'm sure celebrities are under enormous pressure to try not to age, but it's a losing battle.

I always wondered if there was a surgery that did this look. I remember a fitness competitor who had that same looks to her mouth. It is so odd looking. |

To elaborate on my previous post. It might look ok on these young girls, but I have seen it around Dallas on older women, and the skin just doesn't work well with it, and it looks pretty bad. |
